These terms cover this website only. They are not a licence to any AXIKA product or service. Access to any AXIKA product will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

1. What this site is

This website is an informational and marketing website about AXIKA AI Inc. and what we are building. It describes our approach, our technology and our company.

2. Statements about our technology and our plans

We are an early-stage company. Some of what this site describes is in development, and some of it describes what we intend to build rather than what is available today. Any statement about future products, capabilities, performance, availability, timelines or results is a forward-looking statement — it reflects our current expectations, it is not a promise, and it is not a warranty, representation or commitment of any kind. Performance figures are design targets unless expressly described otherwise. Actual results will differ.

Nothing on this site creates an offer, a contract, or an obligation to deliver anything.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is engineering, technical, safety, regulatory, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it should be relied on in designing, operating or certifying any system, product or process. You are responsible for your own decisions and for validating anything you take from this site against your own requirements.

4. Anything you send us through this site

Please do not send us confidential information through the contact form.

Any message, idea, feedback, question or material you send us through this site is non-confidential. We are under no obligation of confidentiality, non-use or non-disclosure in respect of it, no relationship of trust or confidence is created by your sending it, and no NDA or similar agreement applies unless we have already signed one with you that expressly covers it.

If you send us an idea, suggestion or feedback about our business or technology, you agree we may use it without restriction, attribution or compensation. This is not us claiming your intellectual property — it is us making sure that an unsolicited message cannot later become a claim that we took something.

If you want to share something confidential, email hello@axika.ai and ask for an NDA first. We will send one.

5. Our content and marks

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, layout, code and images — belongs to AXIKA AI Inc. or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it, and quote or share short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or exploit it commercially without our written permission.

"AXIKA" and the AXIKA logo are trademarks of AXIKA AI Inc. Other names and marks on this site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only; their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership unless we say so explicitly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to it or any connected system, to scrape or harvest it by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing, or to submit anything unlawful, misleading or malicious.

7. Third-party links

We sometimes link to third-party sites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue this site or any part of it at any time, without notice. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that it will remain accurate as things change.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXIKA AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site — whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this site and these terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AXIKA AI Inc. against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in the State of Delaware will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence — if you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your home country and may bring proceedings there.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one posted here, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after we post a change means you accept it.
